1. So sánh hơn và so sánh nhất (Comparative & Superlative Adjectives)
- Cấu trúc:
- So sánh hơn: adj + -er + than hoặc more + adj + than
- So sánh nhất: the + adj + -est hoặc the most + adj
- Cách dùng:
Dùng để so sánh hai hoặc nhiều sự vật, hiện tượng. - Ví dụ:
- The Sahara is drier than the rainforest.
→ (Sa mạc Sahara khô hơn rừng mưa nhiệt đới) - Antarctica is the coldest place on Earth.
→ (Nam Cực là nơi lạnh nhất trên Trái Đất)
- The Sahara is drier than the rainforest.
2. Câu hỏi và câu trả lời với “What’s the…?”
- Cấu trúc:
- What’s the + so sánh nhất + noun + …?
- Ví dụ:
- What’s the coldest place on Earth?
→ (Nơi lạnh nhất trên Trái Đất là gì?) - Mount Everest is the highest mountain in the world.
→ (Everest là ngọn núi cao nhất thế giới)
